针对王霞家的实际情况，康园社区持续开展针对性帮扶。考虑到王霞长期独自照顾患病孩子，可能存在心理压力，社区和妇联安排心理咨询师每周上门疏导。康园社区党委书记李海萍多方联系辖区单位，为她争取到离家最近的公益性岗位。经过救助，王霞一家收入增加，不再享受低保。2025年初，孩子治疗费用增加。民政部门、街道、社区再次启动救助程序，为王霞母子开启低保复核。“让政策带来的温暖始终比群众的困难多一些。”李海萍说。
