槽头肉位于猪头与与躯干连接部位，淋巴组织密集，属于猪肉中必须严格进行“整修”的部分，但在安徽厨先生食品有限公司的生产线上，槽头肉非但没有进行处理，而且部分已经布满了霉斑，生产车间地面污水横流，夹杂着油污的水顺着水渠一直涌向了地沟，里面的设备更是锈迹斑斑，一旁还摆放着大量已经使用过的梅菜扣肉一次性餐盒。，更多细节参见Snipaste - 截图 + 贴图
