For me, it’s about which healthspan outcome is being targeted, for whom and why? How will progress be measured with replicable methods? What would count as failure? What tradeoffs are acceptable, and which ones are not? When founders and investors are aligned on these questions, capital becomes a tool for building evidence rather than amplifying narrative.
