Multiple IP leasing companies offer paid "cleaning" services to get your IP ranges delisted from Spamhaus, Barracuda, SORBS, and other major blacklists. How exactly does that work? Are these companies in some kind of partnership with the blacklist operators? Is it pay-to-play? Or are they automating the delisting request process that's supposed to require the actual network operator to demonstrate the abuse has been resolved?
